Abstract

IDENTIFIKASI RISIKO BAHAYA PADA PEKERJAAN INSPEKSI RUBBER TYRED GANTRY CRANE (RTGC) DENGAN METODE HIRADC DI PT. MULTI TERMINAL INDONESIA IDENTIFICATION OF OHS HAZARDS ON RUBBER TYRED GANTRY CRANE (RTGC) INSPECTION WORK WITH HIRADC METHOD AT PT. Prof. Dr. Soepomo, SH No.84 Tebet Jakarta, Email : aldifauzi46@gmail.com ABSTRAK Aktivitas inspeksi Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) memiliki risiko bahaya pada setiap kegiatannya yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir atau mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada saat kegiatan inspeksi setiap komponen—komponen RTGC, dengan cara mengidentifikasi risiko bahaya pada pekerja, penilaian risiko, hingga upaya pengendalian risiko. Metode penelitian menggunakan 3 tahapan identifikasi bahaya (Hazards Identification), penilaian risiko (Risk Assessment), serta pengendalian risiko (Determining Control). Hasil penelitian ini kegiatan inspeksi Rubber Gantry Tyred Crane yang memiliki risiko tertinggi yaitu aktivitas bekerja di ketinggian, risiko terkena suhu tinggi, risiko jatuh dari ketinggian, dan aktivitas pada uji tidak merusak atau nondestructive test (NDT) twistlock. Penilaian risiko kegiatan inspeksi Rubber Gantry Tyred Crane terdapat 40 temuan tingkatan bahaya dengan potensi tertinggi yaitu tingkatan risiko rendah (Low Risk) 60%. Strategi pengendalian bahaya diminimalisir dengan pengendalian alat pelindung diri, dan berdasarkan usulan pengendalian bahaya pada tingkatan risiko rendah (Low Risk) menjadi 85%. Kata Kunci: Identifikasi Bahaya, Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane, Risiko Tertinggi ABSTRACT Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) inspection activities have a risk of danger in every activity that can cause work accidents. This study aims to minimize or prevent work accidents during inspection activities of each RTGC component, by identifying the risk of harm to workers, risk assessment, to risk control efforts. The research method uses 3 stages of hazard identification (Hazards Identification), risk assessment (Risk Assessment), and risk control (Determining Control). The results of this study are Rubber Gantry Tyred Crane inspection activities that have the highest risk, namely activities working at heights, risk of exposure to high temperatures, risk of falling from a height, and non-destructive test (NDT) twistlock. Risk assessment of the Rubber Gantry Tyred Crane inspection activities found 40 levels of danger with the highest potential, namely a low risk level of 60%. The hazard control strategy is minimized by controlling personal protective equipment, and based on the proposed hazard control at a low risk level, it becomes 85%.
