Abstract

ABSTRAK TAUFIK MIZAN. NIM 2019116106. Pengaruh Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Penghuni Apartemen Mediterania Lagoon Residences Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Peris Hamdanur, SE, MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fasilitas dan kepuasan penghuni yang tinggal di Apartemen Mediternia Lagoon Residences, serta untuk menganalisa adakah pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan penghuni yang tinggal di Apartemen Mediternia Lagoon Residences Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling yaitu penghuni yang tinggal di Apartemen Mediternia Lagoon Residences Kemayoran yang dengan jumlah 70 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan menggunakan metode kuisioner. Dalam menganalisis data instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Untuk menguji hipotesis dari penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinan, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian diperoleh jumlah skor fasilitas mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,95 dan termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan kepuasan penghuni mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,93 yang termasuk dalam kategori puas, hal ini menunjukan bahwa penghuni menilai fasilitas apartemen dalam kondisi baik dan penghuni merasa puas dengan fasilitas yang tersedia. Uji statistik menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dan hasilnya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan penghuni Apartemen Mediterania Lagoon Residences Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. Hasil uji t diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau 8,546 > 1,995, dengan demikian H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan penghuni Apartemen Mediternia Lagoon Residences Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. Uji R² diperoleh sebesar 0,518 atau 51,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian. This study aims to determine the condition of the facilities and the satisfaction of the occupants living in the Mediternia Lagoon Residences Apartments, as well as to analyze whether there is an influence of the facilities on the satisfaction of the occupants living in the Mediternia Lagoon Residences Apartments, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The method in this study was a quantitative descriptive method, while the sampling technique in this study was random sampling, namely residents living in the Mediternia Lagoon Residences Kemayoran Apartment with a total of 70 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire method. In analyzing the instrument data used is the test of validity and reliability. To test the hypothesis of this study using simple linear regression data analysis, determinant coefficient, and t test. The results of the study obtained that the total score of the facilities obtained an average value of 3.95 and was included in the good category, and occupant satisfaction received an average value of 3.93 which was included in the satisfied category, this shows that residents assess the apartment facilities in good condition and residents are satisfied with the facilities available. The statistical test uses simple linear regression, and the result is a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of the residents of the Mediterania Lagoon Residences Apartment, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The results of the t test obtained t count > t table or 8.546 > 1.995, thus H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence of facilities on the satisfaction of residents of the Mediternia Lagoon Residences Apartment, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
