Abstract
ABSTRAK SITI MAYANG SARI, NIM 2019110121. Analisis Bauran Promosi Pada Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Ani Siska MY. SH,MM.MSM Dengan semakin berkembangnya kepariwisataan dan juga teknologi digital yang sangat berdampak bagi dunia bisnis, menuntut para pelaku usaha harus mampu memberikan daya tarik tersendiri agar dapat menarik minat para konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis bauran promosi pada Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling yang menggunakan kuesioner dalam memperoleh data dan informasi untuk di analisis, kuesioner dibuat dengan program google form dan disebarkan melalui link kepada 100 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan hasil rata-rata interval variabel advertising sebesar 4,400; personal selling sebesar 4,443; sales promotion sebesar 4,446 dan publicity sebesar 4,460 yang berarti sangat setuju dengan kegiatan bauran promosi yang diterapkan oleh Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semua variabel bauran promosi (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion dan publicity) yang diterapkan pada Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD sudah diterapkan dengan maksimal, hal ini terlihat dari hasil kuesioner yang telah dibagikan menunjukan hasil rata-rata sangat setuju dengan kegiatan periklanan, penjualan pribadi, promosi penjualan serta publisitas yang telah dilakukan oleh Hotel Santika Premiere BSD. SH, MM, MSM With the development of tourism and also digital technology which has a huge impact on the business world, it requires business people to be able to provide their own charm in order to attract consumers' interest in the products produced. This research objectives is to find out how the promotional mix analysis at Santika Premiere ICE BSD Hotel. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative research method with non-probability sampling techniques that use questionnaires in obtaining data and information for analysis, questionnaires are made with the google form program and distributed via links to 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate the average results of the advertising variable interval of 4,400; personal selling of 4,443; sales promotion of 4,446 and publicity of 4,460 which means that they strongly agree with the promotional mix activities implemented by Santika Premiere ICE BSD Hotel. The conclusion of this study is that all promotional mix variables (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and publicity) applied at Santika Premiere ICE BSD Hotel have been implemented optimally, this can be seen from the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed showing the average results strongly agree with the advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and publicity activities that have been carried out by Santika Premiere BSD Hotel.
