Abstract

ABSTRAK ABIGAIL DWIANDITYA. NIM 2020119002. Pengaruh Green Marketing Mix Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Food and Beverage di Lewi’s Organics Tangerang Selatan. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Uuh Sukaesih, M.Si. Berkembangnya restoran serta cafe menjadi salah satu faktor kekhawatiran akan penggunaan bahan baku pengemasan pada food and beverage sehingga memunculkan pro dan kontra terutama terhadap lingkungan. Hal ini dilihat sebagai peluang bagi Lewi’s Organics yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Profil Mitra Abadi dengan berorientasi menggunakan bahan organik terbaik serta menggunakan metode yang ramah lingkungan dan menggunakan strategi green marketing mix. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah: Bagaimana pengaruh green marketing mix terhadap keputusan pembelian produk food and beverage di lewi’s organics tangerang selatan? Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi pengumpulan data ini adalah konsumen Lewi’s Organics Tangerang Selatan. Adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Liner Sederhana. Untuk mengetahui signifikan dan positif variabel green marketing mix berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian food and beverage, maka dilakukan uji t dan uji r square. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara green marketing mix dengan variabel keputusan pembelian food and beverage. Selanjutnya agar tingkat keputusan pembelian produk food and beverage terhadap Lewi’s Organics semakin meningkat, maka manajemen perusahaan perlu memaksimalkan strategi green marketing mix. The effect of Green Marketing Mix Againts Food and Beverage Product Purchase Decision at Lewi’s Organics Tangerang Selatan. Under the guidance of Mrs. Uuh Sukaesih, M.Si. The development of restaurants and cafes is a factor of concern about the use of raw materials for packaging in food and beverage, giving rise to pros and cons, especially for the environment. This is seen as an opportunity for Lewi's Organics which is a subsidiary of PT Profil Mitra Abadi with an orientation towards using the best organic ingredients with environmentally friendly methods and using a green marketing mix strategy. The problems that will be discussed in this thesis are: How does the effect of green marketing mix againts food and beverage product purchase decision at Lewi’s Organics, South Tangerang? Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The population for collecting this data is the consumers of Lewi's Organics South Tangerang. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The analytical method used is Simple Liner Regression. To find out the significant and positive effect of green marketing mix variables on the food and beverage purchase decision variable, the t test and r square test were carried out. Based on these results indicate that there is a significant and positive influence between the green marketing mix and the food and beverage purchase decision variable. Furthermore, so that the level of purchasing decisions for food and beverage products for Lewi's Organics increases, the company's management needs to maximize the green marketing mix strategy.
