Abstract
ABSTRAK FADHILA OKTARIKA PUTRI. NIM 2019110017. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Swiss-Belhotel Bogor. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Ina G Djamhur,A.Par, M.Sc Swiss-Belhotel Bogor mengalami fluktuasi kamar tejual dimana tingkat realisasi masih jauh di bawah daripada target yang diharapkan dari tahun 2019 sampai 2022, yang merupakan salah satu indikasi bahwa kinerja karyawan belum maksimal karena motivasi kerja rendah dilihat dari tingkat karyawan keluar sebesar 9%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Swiss-Bell Hotel Bogor. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 responden dengan tehnik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form yang berisi tentang aspek motivasi keja. Sementara itu untuk penilain Kinerja dilakukan oleh Head Of Departement yang berjumlah 9 orang, Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan tanggapan responden terhadap pernyataan mengenai motivasi kerja adalah 3.87. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian karyawan mengenai motivasi kerja yang diberikan oleh Swiss- Belhotel Bogor termasuk kategori termotivasi. The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Swiss-Belhotel Bogor. Under the guidance of Mrs. Ina G Djamhur, A.Par, M.Sc Swiss-Belhotel Bogor experienced fluctuations in rooms sold where the realization rate was still far below the expected target from 2019 to 2022, which is an indication that employee performance has not been maximized due to low work motivation seen from the employee turnover rate of 9%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Swiss- Bell Hotel Bogor. Respondents in this study amounted to 64 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire through the Google form which contains aspects of work motivation. Meanwhile, the performance appraisal was carried out by the Head of Department, which consisted of 9 people. The data analysis method used was simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work motivation variable partially had a positive effect. The overall average value of respondents' responses to statements regarding work motivation is 3.87. This shows that the employee's assessment of work motivation given by Swiss-Belhotel Bogor is in the motivated category.
