Abstract
ABSTRAK DANIEL BINSAR JULIO S. NIM 2018116158. Pengaruh Promosi, Harga, dan Keputusan Penyewaan Unit Building di Gedung Lippo Kuningan. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dr. Nafiah Ariyani, SE, M.Si. Tujuanidariipenelitianiini adalah untuk menganalisis Promosi, Harga, dan Fasilitas Terhadap penyewaan unit building di Gedung Lippo Kuningan serta menganalisis Pengaruh Promosi, Harga, dan Fasilitas Terhadap Keputusan Penyewaan Unit building di Gedung Lippo Kuningan. Desainiyangidigunakanidalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian asosiatif atau korelasional. Tempat penelitian akan dilaksanakan di Gedung Lippo Kuningan. Jenis data yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan metode Kuesioner dan Observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penyewa di Gedung Lippo Kuningan yang berjumlah 42 perusahaan yang diwakili oleh responden. Maka Sampling jenuh dilakukan dengan sampeli42 orang penyewa gedung di Gedung Lippo Kuningan. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasilipenelitianimenunjukkanipromosi, harga, fasilitas dan keputusan penyewaan dalam termasuk dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis parsial dan simultan menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya promosi, harga dan fasilitas secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penyewaaniunitibuildingidiiGedungiLippoiKuningan.i Kataikuncii:i Promosi,iHarga,iFasilitas,iKeputusaniPenyewaani ABSTRACT DANIEL BINSAR JULIO S. NIM 2018116158. The Promotion, Price, and Facilities on The Decision to Rent Building Units at Kuningan Lippo Building. . Under the guidance of Dr. Nafiah Ariyani, SE, M.Si Theipurposeiofithisistudyiwasitoianalyze the promotion, price, facilities and rental of building units at Kuningan Lippo Building and analyze the effect of promotion, price and facilities on the decision to rent building units at Kuningan Lippo Building. Theidesigniusediinithisiresearch is associative or correlational research design. The research site will be located at Lippo Kuningan Building. The types of data used for this research are primary data and secondary data. Researchers used questionnaire and observation methods. The population in this study were all tenants in the Lippo Kuningan Building totaling 42 companies represented by respondents. So saturated sampling was carried out with a sample of 42 building tenants at the Kuningan Lippo Building. Data processing in this study using SPSS. The results is how edit that promotion, price, facilities and rental decisions were in the good category. Based on the partial and simultaneous hypothesis results, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
