Abstract

ABSTRAK SELFA HARDANI 2019110074. Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Wijaya Karya. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak H. Peris Hamdanur, SE, MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 karyawan PT. Wijaya Karya dari dua divisi yaitu divisi infrastuktur dan bangunan gedung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan referensi dari beberapa buku atau jurnal yang berasal dari perpustakaan baik online maupun offline serta informasi terkait data yang berasal dari perusahaan PT. Wijaya Karya. Metode analisi data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji T menggunakan SPSS. Permasalahan yang dapat diketahui dari hasil pre-survey yang menunjukkan bahwa karyawan lelah karena melakukan pekejaan yang diberikan banyak, dan dari data absensi yang tidak mencapai target dari pihak divisi yang tidak terealisasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang diajukan adalah memperhatikan kenyamanan karyawan terutama di bagian temperatur ruangan dan sebaiknya diberikan oleh atasan. sehingga pekerjaan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 115 employees of PT. Wijaya Karya from two divisions, namely the infrastructure and building divisions. Data collection techniques in this study the authors used references from several books or journals originating from libraries both online and offline as well as information related to data originating from PT. Wijaya Karya. Methods of data analysis using a simple linear regression test and T test using SPSS. Problems that can be identified from the results of the pre-survey which show that employees are tired because they do a lot of work, and from absenteeism data that does not reach targets from divisions that are not realized. From the results of the study it can be concluded that work stress affects employee performance. The suggestions put forward are to pay attention to employee comfort, especially in the room temperature section and should be given by superiors. so that work can be done properly.
