Abstract

ABSTRAK NABILA AMBIA. NIM 2019116091. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone di Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall Bogor. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dedy Wahyudi Drs, MM. Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall adalah toko ritel yang menawarkan berbagai jenis smartphone. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang memiliki riwayat pembelian smartphone di Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall lebih dari satu kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menentukan 72 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji-uji yang terdapat di SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa variable Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone di Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall Bogor. Sedangkan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone di Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall Bogor. Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT NABILA AMBIA. NIM 2019116091. The Influence of Service Quality and Price on Smartphone Purchasing Decisions at Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall Bogor. Under the guidance of Mr. Dedy Wahyudi Drs, MM. Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall is a retail store that offers various types of smartphones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service and price on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are customers who have a history of purchasing smartphones at Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall more than once. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by determining 72 respondents. The analysis technique used is the tests contained in SPSS 22. The results of this study, it is known that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Smartphone Purchasing Decisions at Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall Bogor. Meanwhile, price has a positive and significant effect on Smartphone Purchasing Decisions at Erafone Transmart Cibinong City Mall Bogor. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Purchase Decision.
