Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja pengemudi taksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengemudi taksi PT Blue Bird pool Raden Inten yang berjumlah 512 orang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga memperoleh sampel sebanyak 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah riset kepustakaan dan kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan uji regresi linier sederhana menggunakan program SPSS versi 2.0, sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis dengan derajat signifikan 0,05 menunjukan bahwa variabel stress kerja 4 dimensi yaitu factor individu, factor perusahaan, dan faktor lingkungan berpengaruh pada variabel kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil yang di peroleh, nilai rata-rata variabel stress kerja secara keseluruhan adalah 3,99 yang dinilai setuju oleh pengemudi dan masuk dalam kategori stress, secara keseluruhan variabel kinerja pengemudi dinilai setuju dan masuk ke dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata 4,13. Dari hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja pengemudi. Saran yang diajukan perusahaan diharapkan mampu menyediakan wadah bagi pengemudi untuk dapat bersosialisasi satu sama lain sehingga mampu meningkatkan hubungan yang baik antar pengemudi maupun antar sesama karyawan. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were PT Blue Bird pool Raden Inten taxi drivers, totaling 512 people calculated using the slovin formula so as to obtain a sample of 84 people. Data collection techniques used are library research and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis and simple linear regression test using the SPSS version 2.0 program, while for hypothesis testing with a significant degree of 0.05 shows that the 4-dimensional work stress variable, namely individual factors, company factors, and environmental factors influence employee performance variables. Based on the results obtained, the average value of the overall work stress variable is 3,99 which is considered agreeable by the driver and is included in the stress category. Overall, the driver's performance variable is considered to agree and is included in the good category with an average of 4.13. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work stress variable affects the driver's performance variable. The suggestion put forward is that the company is expected to be able to provide a place for drivers and employees to be able to socialize with each other so as to improve good relations between drivers and between fellow employees.
