Abstract

Tugas akhir ini berjudul Analisa Kelayakan Investasi Penggantian Mesin Produksi Kopi Pada Gerai UMKM Mekar Jaya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses produksi kopi membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan adanya peningkatan jumlah pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan layak atau tidaknya investasi penggantian mesin produksi kopi dan untuk menentukan pilihan mesin yang akan di investasikan pada Gerai UMKM Mekar Jaya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode analisa kelayakan investasi diantaranya yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis / teknologi, aspek organisasi dan manajemen, dan aspek finansial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data keuangan dari tahun 2020-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pilihan mesin Rocket Appartamento Espresso Machine layak untuk di investasikan pada Gerai UMKM Mekar Jaya. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada aspek pasar dan pemasaran masih memadai dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, pada aspek teknis/teknologi masih efektif, pada aspek organisasi dan manajemen masih memadai dan memiliki potensi, dan keunggulan pada aspek finansial yang didapatkan hasil nilai Payback Period yaitu selama 0,56 tahun atau 6 bulan 18 hari dan nilai Profitibility Index yaitu dengan nilai 4,26 dibandingkan dengan Mesin Espresso Nuova Simonelli Appia Life V Compact-Black dan Mesin Espresso Manual. Kata Kunci : Mesin Espresso, Kelayakan Investasi, Gerai UMKM Mekar Jaya This final project is entitled Investment Feasibility Analysis for Replacing Coffee Production Machines at Mekar Jaya UMKM Outlets. This research is motivated by the coffee production process takes a long time and cannot meet the needs of an increasing number of customers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not it is feasible to invest in replacing coffee production machines and to determine the choice of machines to be invested in Mekar Jaya UMKM Outlets. Data processing is carried out using investment feasibility analysis methods including market and marketing aspects, technical / technological aspects, organisational and management aspects, and financial aspects. The data used in this study are financial data from 2020-2022. The results showed that the choice of the Rocket Appartamento Espresso Machine machine is feasible to invest in the Mekar Jaya UMKM outlet. This is because the market and marketing aspects are still adequate and meet market needs, the technical/technological aspects are still effective, the organisational and management aspects are still adequate and have potential, and the advantages in the financial aspects obtained from the Payback Period value of 0.56 years or 6 months 18 days and the Profitability Index value of 4.26 compared to the Nuova Simonelli Appia Life V Compact-Black Espresso Machine and Manual Espresso Machine.
