One way to do the management of hazardous materials and toxic waste (B3) that comes from the production process of these drugs. The resulting of B3 waste has two hazard categories derived from specific sources and non-specific sources with toxic, infectious, flammable and corrosive characteristics. However, if the management of B3 waste is done improperly will result in less polluted environment. Therefore, a research that aims to evaluate the management of B3 waste whether the process of B3 waste management is done in accordance with Government Regulation of 101 in 2014 and technical requirements in accordance with the management of Kep Ka Bapedal number 1 in 1995. By doing the observation field, questionnaire and checklist techniques method on B3 waste management process. Based on the result of research, the level of conformity of B3 waste management process is 64.10%, so needed some improvements in process and unit of B3 waste management.
