Abstract
ANALISA KINERJA PERUSAHAAN BERDASARKAN METODE BALANCE SCORECARD DI PT. X Oleh: Firda Aulia Apriliani Fakultas Teknik, Jurusan Teknik Industri Universitas Sahid Jakarta e-mail: firdaauliaa27@gmail.com ABSTRAK Pengukuran kinerja berfungsi untuk membandingkan antara hasil yang diharapkan dan hasil yang didapatkan.PT. X menekankan aspek keuangan sebagai tolak ukur kinerja perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja yang hanya memperhatikan sisi finansial dan tidak memperhatikan sisi lain di luar finansial, berdampak pada tidak lengkapnya gambaran mengenai keadaan perusahaan. Mengatasi keterbatasan perusahaan dalam menilai kinerja yang hanya berdasarkan aspek finansial, digunakanlah metode Balance Scorecard. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan metode balance scorecard. Pengukuran kinerja balance scorecard berdasarkan empat persepektif, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, kepustakaan dan pengambilan data pada tahun 2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kinerja berdasarkan perspektif keuangan berada pada kategori cukup baik, kinerja berdasarkan perspektif pelanggan berada pada kategori baik, kinerja berdasarkan perspektif proses bisnis internal berada pada kategori baik dan kinerja berdasarkan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran berada pada kategori kurang baik. Hasil pengukuran kinerja dari empat perspektif Balance Scorecard, diketahui bahwa kinerja perusahaan dinilai cukup baik. Kata Kunci : Pengukuran Kinerja, Balance Scorecard, KPI, PT. X ABSTRACT Performance measurement is used to comparing between the expected results and the attainment. PT X is emphasis on the financial aspects as benchmark of the company performance. The measurement of performance that only concern on financial side and not regard the other side have an impact on the incomplete picture of the state of the company.To overcome the limited in evaluate performance that only based on the financial aspect, then is used method of Balance Scorecard. This research aims to get the final result of the company performance based on the Balance Scorecard method. It have four perspective there are, financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. Research method is applied descriptive with data gathering technique applied are interview, questionnaire, literature and PT. X’s data in 2018. Based on the result of research obtained from a financial perspective depending on the category quite well, performance based on customer perspective according to good categories, performance based on internal business process perspective depends on good categories and performance based on growth and learning perspetives depending on unfavoracle categories. Performance measurement result from four perspectives of the Balance Scorecard, it is known that the company’s performance is considered quite good.
