Abstract

Abstrak PENGARUH GAYA KOMUNIKASI PIMPINAN CONTROLLING STYLE TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN WAGHE COFFE & EATERY Zulfa Deliana 2018210009 ( 5 BAB + 84 Halaman + 46 Tabel + 1 Gambar + 20 Daftar Pustaka (2010-2020)) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Komunikasi Controlling Style Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Waghe Coffe & Eatery. Teori yang penelitian gunakan yaitu Teori SOR dimana asumsi dari teori ini menerangkan penyebab terjadinya perubahan perilaku tergantung kepada kualitas rangsang (stimulus) yang berkomunikasi dengan organisme. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakam Total Sampling. Pendekatan atau metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Alat analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions versi 25. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 30 karyawan. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari pertanyaan kuesioner mengenai Gaya Komunikasi Controlling Style Dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui menunjukkan persentase sebesar 43,3% yang berarti gaya komunikasi controlling style berada pada nilai sangat baik. Kemudian, Berdasarkan hasil analisi data yang diperoleh dari pertanyaan kuesioner mengenai Motivasi Kerja dapat diketahui menunjukan presentase 60% hal ini menunjukan bahwa karyawan Waghe Coffe & Eatery memiliki motivasi kerja sedang. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi antara variabel gaya komunikasi pimpinan controlling style terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan waghe coffe & eaterty memiliki nilai 0,781%. Artinya 61% motivasi kerja karyawan di pengaruhi oleh gaya komunikasi controlling style sedangkang 39% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X dan variabel Y. The theory that the research uses is the SOR theory where the assumptions of this theory explain the causes of behavior change depending on the quality of the stimulus (stimulus) that communicates with the organism. The sampling method uses Total Sampling. The approach or methodology used in this research is to use a quantitative methodology. The data analysis tool uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 25. The sample used is the entire population of 30 employees. And based on the results of data analysis obtained from the questionnaire questions regarding the Controlling Style Communication Style. Then, based on the results of data analysis obtained from questionnaire questions regarding work motivation, it can be seen that the percentage of 60% shows that Waghe Coffee & Eatery employees have moderate work motivation. And based on the results of the correlation test between the variables of the controlling style leader's communication style on the work motivation of Waghe Coffee & Eater employees, it has a value of 0.781%. This means that 61% of employees' work motivation is influenced by the controlling style of communication, while 39% is influenced by other factors. And it can be concluded that there is an influence between variable X and variable Y. Keywords: Communication style, motivation, employees
