Abstract

ABSTRAK NOVI NUR GIARTRI NIM 2017160001. Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Perubahan Laba pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Konstruksi dan Bangunan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017 – 2019. Perusahaan konstruksi merupakan salah satu sub sektor industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Perkembangan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan tidak dapat dipungkiri memiliki peran startegis pada pembangunan. Peran strategis tersebut membuat sektor konstruksi disebut sebagai penggerak ekonomi atau “engine of growth” dalam perekonomian nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap perubahan laba pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Rasio keuangan yang di uji adalah Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Sumber data yang diperoleh untuk penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Analisis yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara parsial berpengaruh sedangkan Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Secara simultan Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh terhadap perubahan laba. Construction companies are one of the industrial sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The development of construction and building sub-sectors undeniably has a role to play in development. This strategic role makes the construction sector referred to as “engine of growth” The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial ratios to profit changes on construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The financial ratios tested are Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The samples used in this study were 10 construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The source of the data obtained for this study is secondary data. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regressions. The results of this study showed that the variable Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially influenced while the Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially had no effect on profit changes in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an influence on profit changes.
