Abstract

ABSTRAK SANTI OKTAVIA. NIM 2018116273. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada di PT.Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Hj. Uuh Sukaesih, Ir, M.Si. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri. Hasil temuan di peroleh bahwa hasil uji regresi untuk Disiplin kerja sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi pengumpulan data ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri. Adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil seluruh karyawan yaitu sebanyak 32 responden dan data di olah dengan SPPS version 26. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri . Under the guidance of Mrs. Hj. Uuh Sukaesih, Ir, M.Si. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri. The findings show that the results of the regression test for work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection by distributing questionnaires. The population for collecting this data is employees at PT. Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri. The number of samples taken by all employees was 32 respondents and the data was processed using SPPS version 26. The analytical method used is simple linear regression to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Based on the research results, the results of work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri.
