Abstract

ABSTRAK Mitasya Hanesti Putri. NIM 2019110035. Pengaruh Stress KerjaTerhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Andalus Jakarta. Di bawah bimbingan Bapak Kasman, SE.MM Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar stress kerja, Kinerja Karyawan dan seberapa besar pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada hotel andalus Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalammemperoleh data yang disebar kepada karyawan tetap serta manajer di Hotel Andalus Jakarta dengan jumlah 32 responden, selanjutnya metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh karyawan Hotel Andalus Jakarta memiliki tingkat nilai dengan rata-rata 3,61 sebagai stress kerja, dan memiliki kinerja karyawan yang sangat baik dengan rata-rata nilai 71,3. The Effect of Work Discipline on EmployeePerformance at the Sotis Kemang Hotel Jakarta. Under the guidance of Mr. Kasman, SE.MM This study aims to determine how much work stress, employee performance and how much influence work stress has on employee performance at andalus hotel Jakarta. This study used a questionnaire in obtaining data disseminated to permanent employees and managers at the Andalus Hotel Jakarta with a total of 32 respondents, furthermore, the data analysis methods used were quantitative descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that all employees of Hotel Andalus Jakarta had a grade level with an average of 3.61 as work stress, and had excellent employee performance with an average score of 71.3. .
