Abstract

ABSTRAK Penurunan kualitas udara lingkungan kerja pada umumnya disebabkan oleh masuknya zat pencemar udara ke dalam lingkungan kerja. Laboratorium lingkungan PT. SUCOFINDO dalam kegiatan analisanya menggunakan bahan kimia anorganik dan organik yang beberapa diantaranya bersifat volatile yang bisa menimbulkan dampak terhadap kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pegawai, oleh karena itu perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap kualitas udara laboratorium lingkungan PT. SUCOFINDO. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas udara parameter fisika (suhu, kelembaban & laju alir pertukaran udara) dan kimia (debu total, SO2, NO2, NH3) pada laboratorium lingkungan PT. SUCOFINDO dan dibandingkan terhadap standar yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Indonesia Nomor 70 tahun 2016 dan KEPMENKES 1405 Tahun 2002 tentang Standar dan Persyaratan Kesehatan Lingkungan Kerja Industri yang selanjutnya dijadikan dasar dalam menentukan upaya pengendalian resiko terhadap pekerja. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara pengukuran langsung untuk parameter fisika dan kimia dan observasi pekerja. Hasil pengukuran terhadap parameter suhu, laju alir pertukaran udara, SO2, NO2 dan NH3 di laboratorium lingkungan PT. SUCOFINDO didapatkan hasil masih dibawah baku mutu yang dipersyaratkan PERMENKES 70 Tahun 2016 dan KEPMENKES 1405 Tahun 2002, sedangkan untuk parameter kelembaban ditemukan ada lokasi yang melebihi baku mutu yaitu pada lokasi ruang preparasi air limbah didapat hasil 68.3% dan ruang penyimpanan sampel air limbah didapat hasil 77%, baku mutu yang dipersyaratkan KEPMENKES 1405 Tahun 2002 yakni sebesar 40-60%. Untuk pengendalian resiko, monitoring kualitas udara dalam ruangan harus dilakukan secara berkala sesuai regulasi yang berlaku dan juga perlu dilakukan medical check up secara berkala untuk pegawai laboratorium. Kata kunci : Kualitas Udara, Lingkungan kerja, Laboratorium ABSTRACT The decrease in air quality in the work environment is generally caused by the entry of air pollutants into the work environment. Environmental laboratory of PT. SUCOFINDO in its analysis activities uses inorganic and organic chemicals, some of which are volatile which can have an impact on the health and safety of employees, therefore it is necessary to evaluate the air quality of the environmental laboratory of PT. SUCOFINDO. The purpose of this study was to determine the air quality parameters of physics (temperature, humidity & air exchange flow rate) and chemical (total dust, SO2, NO2, NH3) in the environmental laboratory of PT. SUCOFINDO and compared to the standards set by the Regulation of the Minister of Health of Indonesia Number 70 of 2016 and KEPMENKES 1405 of 2002 concerning Standards and Requirements for Health in the Industrial Work Environment which are then used as the basis for determining risk control efforts for workers. The test is carried out by direct measurement for physical and chemical parameters and worker observation. The results of measurements of temperature parameters, air exchange flow rate, SO2, NO2 and NH3 in the environmental laboratory of PT. SUCOFINDO found that the results were still below the required quality standards of PERMENKES 70 of 2016 and KEPMENKES of 1405 of 2002, while for the humidity parameter it was found that there were locations that exceeded the quality standards, namely the location of the wastewater preparation room, the results obtained were 68.3% and the waste water sample storage room was found to be 77 %, the required quality standard of KEPMENKES 1405 Year 2002 is 40-60%. For risk control, indoor air quality monitoring must be carried out periodically in accordance with applicable regulations and periodic medical check-ups for laboratory employees are also necessary.
